In the mid-eighties I jumped headfirst into the audiovisual business fresh out of the United States Army, where I served as Television Production Engineer. That gave me four years of hands-on experience with cutting edge, broadcast-quality cameras as well as, touch-screen-based editing systems. A lot has changed since then, but the business model remains the same…focus on the customer.
As the Senior Project manager I’m responsible for maintaining the relationships between the on-site crews and the home office. With the immense intricacy of each show, the job of keeping all the pieces moving smoothly can be a daunting one. Luckily for me, and our clients, I thrive on organization and that keeps the ship moving. Keeping a show organized has the wonderful effect of removing stress for our clients, and that’s why we are here. “It’s all about the people,” isn’t just a tagline, it’s a mantra that the Mo teams lives every day.
